Roxbury Innovation Center (RIC) is located inside the Bolling Building at Dudley Square in the heart of Roxbury. It is the first neighborhood innovation center focused on community entrepreneurship and economic development. RIC offers programming and rental space to catalyze entrepreneurship and innovation within its community.


At this location:

  • FabLab – fabrication space with laser cutter, 3D printer, milling machine and vinyl cutter. Hands-on, experiential STEM education and workforce development training are held in the Lab monthly.
  • Lean Lab Workshop Series – a series of workshops sponsored by Microsoft that span a range of skill-building, technology topics from how to build apps to email productivity, from spreadsheet and presentation skills to special tools for learning in the classroom.
  • Rental space – meeting and event space to accommodate 4 to 100 attendees.
  • Café Nights (Monthly) – a monthly edition of Café Nights held at Roxbury Innovation Center features networking, programming, office hours and info tables. It is open to the community and provides an opportunity for conversations and scheduled programs to inspire a wide range of attendees from different backgrounds and industries to connect, share ideas, and grow their ventures.
